Jill Jankowski
Jill is a senior writer, author, creative content developer, intentional change coach and marketing strategist who brings 20 years of communications expertise to the Fund. A lifelong publisher, digital content creator, storyteller and intentional change facilitator, her work across multiple sectors including health, wellness, tech, and education in B2B, B2C, and non-profit spaces has earned her Telly Awards in multiple marketing, advertising, and media categories and a U.S. patent in digital product development.
Getting people to connect with the vision, mission, and impact of the partners she collaborates with is both a passion and an expertise. Her specialized knowledge of the global digital landscape as well as a mindful understanding of what humans need to connect to one another has allowed her the privilege of collaborating closely with non-profits both in Northeast Ohio and nationally to publish an expansive number of articles, campaigns, digital content, and creative publications. Her thought leadership and outreach strategies have brought together individuals and organizations with shared goals to work together toward achieving collaborative change.
As a life, leadership, wellness, and organizational coach, she holds Coaching Certifications from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management and Harvard McLean Hospital, and is currently earning board certification (BCC). An advocate and lover of water and accessibility for all to the great outdoors, she is a small business owner and founder of ChangeFWD Coaching and SUPCLE (Cleveland’s city-centric outdoor water and wellness space) and is the Vice-Chair and acting Secretary of Surfrider Foundation NEO.
