Angelica Dandridge
Angelica Dandridge is the Fund’s Director of Board Engagement and Development. She leads stewardship and engagement with current funders and members, cultivates new partnerships, and bridges the philanthropic and civic priorities of the Fund’s network where they intersect with the organization and across members.
Angelica joined the Fund in June 2023 from Venture for America, where she served as Vice President of Community Partnerships, leading the success of 13 leadership teams inclusive of Executive Directors, 650+ Board Members & Stakeholders, and 1,500+ Fellows & Alumni to build transformational relationships and grow collaborative networks. Dandridge also held several roles at her alma mater, Spelman College, in strategic planning, advancement and entrepreneurship curriculum prior to relocating to Cleveland. She graduated from Spelman College with a bachelor of arts degree in music and went on to earn a master’s degree from George Mason University. Dandridge grew up in Columbus, Ohio and enjoys a variety of creative hobbies including singing, and web & graphic design. Dandridge is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and is active in Lambda Phi Omega Chapter in Cleveland.
