Sound of Ideas: September 27, 2021

In the second segment of this episode, two local economic development organizations, Team NEO, and the Fund for our Economic Future, released a report last week encouraging companies to think more thoroughly about 'location' - which could enable better recruitment of diverse workforces. The report is titled "Where Matters" and suggests companies too often headquarter themselves in suburbs and rural areas – far away from where many potential workers live. Listen to the broadcast here.
